**Warehouse Coordinator** **Position Objective:** Ensure proper management, control, and safeguarding of stored products and materials, guaranteeing inventory availability, integrity, and accuracy, as well as efficiency in receiving, storage, and dispatch operations. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise daily operations of receiving, organizing, picking, and shipping materials or products. * Ensure compliance with inventory policies, rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and safe storage practices. * Coordinate cycle and periodic inventories, ensuring accuracy in system records. * Control the entry and exit of goods according to established procedures. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the warehouse. * Prepare inventory, shrinkage, movement, and area productivity reports. * Supervise assigned personnel, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. * Propose improvements in logistical processes and physical warehouse layout. * Supervise maintenance of material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). **Responsibilities:** * Inventory custody. * Meeting internal delivery timelines. * Accuracy of records in ERP or inventory control systems. * Safety of personnel and goods. * Maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and equipment. **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Inventory accuracy 98%. * On-time dispatch fulfillment 95%. * Shrinkage and discrepancy control 2%. * Compliance with safety standards (0 reportable accidents). **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in warehouse management, personnel supervision, and inventory control. Knowledge: Inventory control, ERP systems, logistics, industrial safety, forklift operation. **Skills:** Leadership, planning, effective communication, teamwork, data analysis. **Attitudes:** Responsibility, organization, commitment, results-oriented. **Working Conditions:** Work in a warehouse environment (exposure to noise, dust, and moderate physical effort).
