**TRAFFIC COORDINATOR** **JOB SUMMARY:** Coordinates operations at airport counters and departure lounges, enabling supervisors to allocate the required equipment and personnel to ensure scheduled operations proceed without disruption. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Flight coordination: aircraft arrivals and departures * Coordinate personnel to support operations and prevent disruptions * Maintain constant communication with airlines and other teams (ramp, dispatch, maintenance, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely information flow. * Guarantee adherence to safety protocols on the apron. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** 3 years of experience as a supervisor in similar areas. **SKILLS:** Effective communication, knowledge of airport operations, ability to work under pressure. **LANGUAGES:** No additional language is required for this position. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Customer service, operational systems, airport operations, aircraft loading and unloading processes, audit response. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma, Aeronautical Technician qualification
