Misión Supervise personnel in charge, providing necessary tools and equipment to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance according to established procedures, in order to maintain proper operation of units. Responsabilidades * Supervise personnel in charge to meet scheduled times and service quality for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Lead the team to complete assigned maintenance tasks, verifying compliance with quality standards and service timelines. * Select necessary materials for maintenance activities, ensuring part quality and proper use of tools and safety equipment. * Implement guidelines of Arca Continental's Quality Management System, promoting continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and food safety policies. * Monitor and control operational risks, reporting any situation affecting quality, safety, or the environment. * Support the industrial safety department in implementing the safety management system.
