




Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring full compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, preventing risks, and managing incidents at the plant and fueling stations. Emergency plan preparation and training **Objective:** Ensure full compliance with occupational safety and health regulations across all plant operations, including fueling stations, acting as the responsible party for risk prevention and mitigation, incident response management, and maintaining up-to-date legal and operational safety documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Risk identification and control * Incident and accident management * Regulatory and documentary compliance * Civil Protection: Prepare, communicate, and train on Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Specific Attention Plans (SAP). * PPE control * Training and competencies * Document control * Monitoring and evaluation * Best practices and standards * Contractor safety * Waste management * Applicable regulations * Gas usage and handling **Competencies:** * Proficiency in applicable NOM-STPS standards * In-depth knowledge of Civil Protection regulations * Solid experience in SASISOPA and SIPRO system management (desirable) * Knowledge of RP and RME handling * Familiarity with integrated management systems Salary: $13,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract Experience: * INSPECTIONS BEFORE STPS: 2 years (Mandatory) * REGULATORY KNOWLEDGE: 2 years (Mandatory) * SOLID OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (OSH) KNOWLEDGE: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
