REQUIREMENTS * Technical degree, bachelor's degree, or engineering degree (preferably in Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a safety officer or in safety and hygiene (preferred). * Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations (STPS). * Risk identification and analysis. * Preparation and monitoring of work permits. * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and access control. * Ability to conduct safety inspections and prepare reports. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to train and raise awareness among staff. * Attention to detail and adherence to procedures. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsible and proactive attitude. * Flexible working hours. * Willingness to work on-site.
