Responsibilities \- Plan and schedule production. \- Supervise material preparation, assembly, welding, and finishing. \- Ensure compliance with technical specifications. \- Coordinate operational staff. \- Monitor productivity and timelines. \- Implement process improvements. \- Comply with quality and safety standards. \- Coordinate shipments to construction sites. Profile \- Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. \- 3 years of experience in metal structure workshops. \- Blueprint interpretation skills. \- Knowledge of welding and quality control. \- Personnel management experience. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, or ERP systems is desirable.
