Job Summary: This role involves supervising guards’ service delivery and regulatory compliance, preventing failures and ensuring proper performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of security service compliance 2. Failure prevention and conflict resolution 3. Continuous training and regulatory compliance * Monitor guards’ service compliance. * Report guard shift changes. * Prevent failures in service delivery. * Ensure guards adhere to scheduled shift hours. * Enforce company regulations among assigned guards. * Attend training activities related to job functions. * Comply with company rules, regulations, and policies. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of prior experience. * Minimum education: high school diploma. * Conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work under pressure.
