Supervise technical and operational personnel in the area. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures in equipment. Manage spare parts, materials, and external services. Ensure compliance with maintenance plans and technical reports. Promote order, cleanliness, and safety within the work area. Support audits and safety programs. ### **Requirements:** Education: Degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in industrial or food industry maintenance. Leadership and teamwork skills. Flexible schedule availability.
