Job Summary: Supervise and control the operational and administrative activities of circuits, ensuring travel scheduling, monitoring, documentation, and communication with operators and customers. Incident management and 24/7 resolution of operational issues. **Required Experience** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** in related positions such as logistics coordination, transportation or route management, operator supervision, or operational team leadership. * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. * Age: 28 to 45 years. * Knowledge of travel scheduling and route control, transit time management and operational time windows, ASR security protocols (breakdown, accident, theft). **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and control all operational and administrative activities of circuits. * Prepare weekly travel schedules, assign waybills, and coordinate with monitors and operators. * Supervise the start of operations every Monday and monitor each trip from beginning to end. * Maintain constant communication with Nissan regarding incidents or delays. * Review weekly documentation and permits for each vehicle. * Generate and submit daily reports on transit times, vehicle locations, and status. * Ensure each operator has appropriate PPE and that vehicles are in proper mechanical and physical condition and clean before departure. * Retrieve and deliver complete travel documentation for billing purposes. * Maintain constant communication with operators and conduct weekly meetings. * Address incidents, resolve operational problems, and remain available 24/7.
