A foundry company producing materials for counterweights seeks to strengthen its operations department by hiring an: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR with the following profile: Education: Higher Technician or Engineer in ELECTROMECHANICS, ROBOTICS, INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICITY, etc. Supervisory experience: Electromechanical, electrical, mechanical technicians and general maintenance assistants. Minimum five years (verifiable) of combined technical and administrative experience in a similar position. Experience in companies utilizing overhead cranes, high-temperature furnaces, electrical panels, elevators, welding machines, PLCs, etc. Experience in foundry, metallurgy, or heavy industry (desirable). Advanced technical knowledge to develop personnel. Availability to work rotating shifts. Technical Knowledge: * Industrial furnace maintenance. * Industrial electricity (medium and low voltage). * Hydraulics and pneumatics. * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. * TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Mexican industrial safety regulations. * ISO 9001 documentation. Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities at the foundry plant, ensuring operational continuity, industrial safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. Develop work plans to identify root causes of maintenance issues, manage, review, and optimize company resources and departmental budget.
