Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations GIGACABLE, a 100% Aguascalientes-based company, invites you to join its team as: **HR Manager (with payroll experience)** **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate personnel recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and personnel file preparation. * Manage IMSS-affiliated employee transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Prepare and administer weekly and biweekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Perform calculations and payments due to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and the labor union. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, as well as preparation and retention of related documentation. * Administer control, assignment, and retention of uniforms and personal protective equipment. * Verify the proper condition of infrastructure and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. * Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Capital, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing payroll and fulfilling obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, and INFONAVIT Law. * Proven experience in similar positions. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $15,000 monthly. * Biweekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. * Work location: Zona Centro, Aguascalientes, Ags.
