**Join our team!** We are seeking a professional with leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision to supervise maintenance teams in refrigeration, air conditioning, and general maintenance sectors. **Key responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate technical staff in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure adherence to work schedules and quality standards. * Guarantee excellent performance by technicians. * Diagnose technical failures, especially in electrical and refrigeration systems. * Manage material and human resources, optimizing time and costs. * Prepare technical and administrative reports, monitor KPIs, and control operational expenses. * Promote a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. **Requirements:** * Electromechanical or electrical engineering degree, or related field. * Intermediate Office proficiency, especially Excel. * **Valid driver’s license.** * **Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising technical maintenance teams.** * **Solid knowledge of electricity and general maintenance;** familiarity with low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, domestic or medium-voltage electrical installations, maintenance of equipment, electrical panels, and wiring. * **Leadership skills, high-performance team management, and problem-solving ability.** * **Administrative control capability and experience preparing technical reports.** * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development.
