***GAS STATION SUPERVISOR*** **Santa Rosa Highway Km 1.5, 36470 Manuel Doblado, Gto.** **JOIN GAS BUTANO!** Gas Butano, a 100% Mexican company, is seeking your talent. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise gas refueling station operations, coordinate staff, oversee safety and equipment maintenance, manage permits, and monitor station image standards. **Duties:** * Supervise service stations and shift personnel. * Supervise the team and assign tasks to ensure station operational continuity. * Monitor and prevent unsafe conditions or actions that could cause accidents. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of refueling equipment and facilities. * Process renewals of municipal and state permits. * Monitor inventory levels. * Ensure the station complies with image and cleanliness standards. * Supervise cash register closings, cash handling, and customer service. * Supervise assigned personnel while fostering a positive work environment. **Skills and Qualifications:** * Problem-solving ability, responsibility, sense of urgency, administrative and fieldwork skills. * Flexible availability and teamwork orientation. * Leadership, organizational ability, and capacity to deliver clear instructions and feedback. * Understanding of gas refueling processes, equipment maintenance, and gas-handling safety regulations. * Assertive communication skills with staff, customers, and authorities. * Technical or professional education related to the hydrocarbons industry. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma. * Experience managing personnel. * Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role. * Age 25–50. * Decision-making ability and initiative. **We Offer:** * Fixed weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment by the company. * Option for an indefinite-term contract. * Grocery vouchers. * Attendance and punctuality bonus. **Job Information** * Full-time position. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
