**OPENING: SITE RESIDENT – NAYARIT** **Location:** Nayarit (out-of-town project) **Position Type:** Full-time We are looking for a **Site Resident** with construction experience and **knowledge in industrial metalworking (preferred)**, to coordinate on-site activities, ensure compliance with plans, schedules and quality standards, and maintain constant communication with the central office and client. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff. * Monitor physical progress and provide weekly reports to the coordination department. * Verify compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations. * Request materials and control their use on site. * Maintain an updated site logbook. * Manage cost estimates and expense control. * Ensure adherence to project schedule and execution quality. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** as site resident or construction supervisor. * Knowledge in reading blueprints, construction management, cost estimation, and industrial safety. * **Desirable knowledge in industrial metalworking and metal structures.** * Availability to **RESIDE in Nayarit** for the duration of the project. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Office suite. * Valid driver's license. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Travel allowances and accommodation covered. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
