Job Summary: Supervise and technically control earthwork, foundation, and reinforced concrete structure works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations. Leadership and decision-making in construction projects **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Objective** To supervise, validate, and technically control earthwork, foundation, and reinforced concrete structure works, ensuring compliance with the executive project, technical specifications, and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** · Verification of soil improvement, open excavations, and hauling operations. · Supervision of foundations (isolated footings, continuous footings, and foundation slabs), slabs, columns, and beams. · Validation of steel reinforcement placement, concrete pours, strength tests, slump tests, and sampling. · Verification of alignments, levels, and axes. · Review and validation of estimates. · Preparation of daily and weekly reports, as well as the site logbook. · Identification of deviations and follow-up on corrective actions. · Quality control of materials. · Execution procedures. · Compliance with structural drawings and specifications. · Direct technical supervision of the contractor without involvement in execution. **REQUIREMENTS** · Civil Engineer or Architect · Minimum 5 verifiable years of experience in supervision or construction of reinforced concrete structures, or participation in at least 2 similar projects. · Knowledge of regulations, codes, and technical criteria. · Advanced interpretation of structural drawings and current standards. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, and Microsoft Project · Willingness to travel **Skills and Competencies** · Leadership · Decision-making · Conflict resolution · Organization and planning · Working under pressure · Effective communication · Negotiation · Technical independence from the contractor · Preparation of formal reports and site logbooks · Focus on quality control and regulatory compliance · Technical analysis capability Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
