Planning and Development * **Identify needs:** Assess and analyze skill or knowledge gaps. * **Program design:** Create comprehensive and structured training programs (courses, workshops, seminars, webinars) addressing identified gaps. * **Material development:** Develop instructional content, course manuals, presentations, exercises, simulations, and other learning resources. * **Logistics and coordination:** Establish schedules, reserve venues (physical or virtual), manage registrations, and ensure availability of required equipment and materials. 2. Delivery and Facilitation * **Conduct sessions:** Deliver training in a **dynamic and engaging** manner, employing diverse instructional techniques (in-person and online) to accommodate different learning styles. * **Encourage participation:** Create an interactive learning environment, motivate participants, and facilitate discussions and group activities. * **Provide ***coaching*** and ***feedback***: Guide participants, offer constructive feedback, and monitor their progress. 3. Required Conditions * Must possess driving skills. * Must hold a valid driver’s license.
