TERRADAR, a company dedicated to providing specialized services, seeks a Technical Management Assistant responsible for delivering comprehensive support to management, ensuring proper organization, control, and follow-up of administrative, operational, and both corporate and personal matters. Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Residency in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. * Proficiency in driving standard and automatic vehicles. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. * Immediate availability for onboarding. Responsibilities: * Support in coordinating both technical and administrative activities. * Management, organization, and tracking of the executive calendar. * Preparation, control, and tracking of expense accounts. * Preparation of weekly reports and supervision of financial resources. * Invoicing and administration of tax receipts. * Logistical support and vehicle-based transportation using the company car. * Procurement management and supply control. * Dispatch, receipt, and tracking of materials destined for projects. * Comparative analysis and evaluation of quotations. * Drafting of documents, reports, and technical writings. * Execution of general administrative tasks. * Coordination of accommodation reservations and procurement of travel tickets. * Payment management and tracking. * Responsible handling of confidential information. * Support in project coordination and operational logistics.
