Job Summary: This role focuses on preventing incidents, detecting risky behaviors, and supporting security through surveillance system monitoring and situational analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Report preparation and investigation follow-up The objective is to prevent incidents, detect risky behaviors, and support the safety of people, facilities, and assets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervision, monitoring, and analysis of video surveillance systems * Intra-premises security through CCTV systems. * Preparation of reports, presentations, and logs. * Investigation follow-up regarding incidents, lost items, integrity violations, or risk situations to identify root causes and determine areas for improvement. * Reporting accidents, risks, emergencies, and/or disasters for appropriate response. * Reporting failures in intelligent systems, shortages of work equipment, and infrastructure anomalies to enable timely corrective action. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * 1 year of experience. * Computer and security software proficiency * Excel proficiency - **Work Location:** Calle 16 de Septiembre #902, Col. Obregón. - **Availability for extended shifts:** * 8:00 am to 8:00 pm – Two days * 8:00 pm to 8:00 am – Two days * Two days off **Skills and/or Competencies:** Observation and concentration / Attention to detail and responsiveness / Analytical mindset and decision-making ability.
