We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven individual capable of motivating, training, and supervising the performance of an operational team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the reimbursement team. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, policies, and quality standards. * Analyze metrics, generate reports, and propose process improvements. * Resolve complex inquiries and escalations. * Train and develop team members. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in team supervision or coordination (preferably in finance, administration, or customer service areas). * Solid knowledge of reimbursement processes, reconciliation, or accounts payable/receivable management. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in Excel and management systems. **We Offer:** Join a dynamic environment with growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.
