




**Job Description** We are seeking a **Customer Service Executive** who is empathetic, solution-oriented, and results-driven. You will be responsible for handling, following up on, and resolving customer requests, ensuring an exceptional service experience and strengthening customer relationships. **Responsibilities** * Answer customer calls, emails, and messages, providing quick and effective solutions. * Follow up on requests, orders, complaints, and claims until resolution. * Manage information in internal systems and report incidents. * Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, operations) to fulfill customer commitments. * Propose continuous improvements to customer service processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete bachelor’s degree (preferably in administrative, marketing, or related fields). * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or service-related roles. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. * Customer orientation, empathy, and negotiation skills.
