What will be your mission? To ensure the company has the right personnel—stable and productive—primarily through continuous recruitment, managing hires, and tracking operational and administrative staff. Key responsibilities: \- End-to-end operational recruitment (job posting, interviews, follow-up, and hiring). \- Consistent coverage of operational and administrative vacancies. \- Coordination of employee onboarding, hiring, and offboarding. \- Basic performance monitoring of staff to ensure they remain in position and productive. \- Implementation and follow-up of internal processes (administrative records, regulations, policies). \- Clear communication with operational teams and internal departments. \- Support in maintaining an orderly, stable, and functional work environment. \- Simple personnel status reports to management. Profile we seek: \- Solid recruitment experience (mandatory). \- Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, or Senior Recruiter. \- Prior work in small or medium-sized enterprises (services, hospitality, call centers, security, cleaning, operations). \- Practical, organized, and results-oriented individual. \- Ability to follow and enforce processes. \- Direct, clear, and firm communication skills. \- Operational mindset (getting things done). \- NOT psychologists or corporate-profile candidates. \- Long-term commitment and employment stability are valued.
