




**SEPROCESA** invites you to join its team as a Customer Service representative. **EXPERIENCE:** 1 year in Help Desk, Call Center or similar position. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\.\- Administration and verification of Service Orders (both paper-based and digital). 2\.\- Customer platform support. 3\.\- Support and follow-up on preventive and corrective services. 4\.\- Handling customer requests (routine and exceptional). 5\.\- Addressing customer clarifications, inquiries, and complaints. 6\.\- Validation of Service Order fulfillment. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** Organized Strong verbal communication skills Service-oriented attitude Persuasive Teamwork focused on goals and performed under pressure **EXPERIENCE:** 1\.\- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service. 2\.\- Excellent writing and spelling skills. 3\.\- Intermediate Excel proficiency. 4\.\- Knowledge of Aspel SAE (preferred). **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree in Administration, Computer Science, or related field. **WE OFFER** INITIAL SALARY: $12,000.00 monthly (gross).
