We are looking for individuals with integrity and a service-oriented mindset who wish to become part of a dynamic and growing environment. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise daily warehouse operations in Aguascalientes and Zacatecas, ensuring the efficient flow of product intake, storage, and dispatch. * Coordinate and lead warehouse staff (assistants, forklift operators, and supervisors) to meet reception, picking, and distribution goals. * Control physical and digital inventories by conducting cycle counts and reconciliations in ERP or point-of-sale systems. * Ensure proper product rotation and handling using FIFO or FEFO methods. * Coordinate product receipt with suppliers and distribution centers, verifying quantities, conditions, and documentation. * Manage distribution to stores or sales points, guaranteeing timely deliveries. * Handle merchandise incidents (shortages, overages, damages, returns). * Implement warehouse control policies, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare reports on stock levels, movements, and productivity. * Optimize storage space to improve operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination or supervision. * Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and personnel management. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. * Availability to travel between Aguascalientes and Zacatecas. * Leadership, planning, and effective communication skills. **We offer:** * Base salary of $15,000 to $17,000 per month, depending on experience. * Performance bonuses. * Statutory benefits. * Free uniforms. * Opportunity for growth within a solid and expanding company.
