**Job Objective** Coordinate and ensure the timely flow of **flooring, finishes, and construction materials** from warehouses and suppliers to branches and customers, guaranteeing accurate inventory levels, on-time deliveries, and efficient logistics service aligned with the specialized retail business. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate product replenishment to stores and branches, ensuring availability and appropriate stock rotation. * Track orders, delivery routes, lead times, and resolution of incidents. * Supervise execution of logistics processes: receiving, picking, shipping, distribution, and returns. * Analyze logistics KPIs to optimize costs, lead times, and productivity. * Supervise receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, and distribution processes. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping policies in warehouses. * Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless supply chain. * Manage delivery routes for fragile goods (ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, fragile materials). * Monitor internal and external carriers to ensure timely and correct deliveries. * Manage inventories: cycle counts, adjustments, audits, and shrinkage control. * Track large orders for construction projects or special assignments. * Handle incidents: shortages, stockouts, transit damage, returns. * Ensure safe handling protocols for fragile and heavy materials. * Propose process, routing, storage, and heavy-goods handling improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination** within the **retail sector** (preferred: flooring, finishes, hardware, consumer goods, fashion). * Proficiency in **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsip, SAE, or similar). * Knowledge of: * Inventory control * Warehouse management * Distribution and transportation * FIFO/FEFO methodologies * Logistics KPIs * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel. **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Decision-making * Organization and process orientation * Data analysis * Working under pressure * Effective communication * Negotiation with suppliers and carriers * Proactivity and problem-solving **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Stable work environment * Growth opportunities
