Position Summary: This role ensures compliance with and execution of key HR processes, acting as a business partner to positively impact organizational metrics and deliver high-quality service. Ensure compliance with and execution of core Human Resources processes to contribute as a business partner and positively impact organizational metrics, thereby delivering high-quality service to our clients. **Job Responsibilities** Main responsibilities and objectives of the position, listed in order of importance: What is done, how it is done, and why it is done? * Talent Acquisition: Execute corporate policies and procedures to ensure timely and effective coverage of vacancies and administration of psychometric files. * Personnel Administration: Review and prepare preliminary payroll in the T\&A system for weekly and biweekly staff, as well as collect attendance incidents, manage employment files, and process severance settlements. * Employee Service: Provide assistance regarding inquiries, requests, and suggestions related to INFONAVIT, FONACOT, savings fund, IMSS, payroll, transportation service, cafeteria, and employee events. * Training: Schedule company onboarding for new hires, as well as follow up on departmental and role-specific onboarding. * Labor Relations: Coordinate with labor relations, unions, and supervisors on employee-related incidents; issue disciplinary notices for absenteeism, violations of the internal work regulations or code of conduct; and implement separation procedures. * Compensation and Benefits: Administer IPE, update the blue roster, prepare MODE documents, manage reporting lines, and administer semi-annual salary increases for unionized staff.
