GEN INDUSTRIAL invites you to become part of our company as a ROLL OFF OPERATOR for waste collection units ACTIVITIES * Comply with the unit washing and cleaning schedule * Carry out the daily work program according to established schedules * Report to superiors any findings identified in company assets (containers / hoppers / compactors, units) * Inspect company assets (units, mobile devices, etc.) daily and report any anomalies to supervisors * Perform scheduled services on time using Apps * Carry out daily operations according to operational manuals, policies, and standards * Implement Lean methodology (TPM, 5S, etc.) * Report any discrepancies between the daily work program information and actual conditions * Handle complaints and ensure service excellence * Comply with speed limits and load dimensions as established in company policies and standards * Follow the organization's safe driving policies * Carry out the waste disposal process at locations designated by the company.
