General Purpose of the Position Ensure the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of the assembly line by expertly executing technical processes, strictly adhering to quality, safety, and productivity standards, and promptly identifying and resolving operational deviations. The expert operator serves as a technical reference within the team, actively contributing to continuous improvement, training of new operators, and ensuring achievement of the organization’s established production goals. **Education** * Primary school * Secondary school * Technical high school (preferred) **Required Training** **Required:** * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Identification of materials. * Use of measuring equipment and torque control tools. * Operation and installation of industrial motors and fans. * Structural assembly using stainless steel and galvanized steel. * Basic computer skills. **Preferred:** * Proficiency in using hand and pneumatic tools (impact gun, wrenches, fasteners). **Required Experience** **Required:** * Experience in metal-mechanical assembly. * Teamwork. * Compliance with quality standards. * Participation in process improvement initiatives. **Preferred:** * Personnel training (TWI). * On-floor problem solving. * Experience with 4-pole electric motors and industrial fans. **Responsibilities** * Adhere to and promote industrial safety standards. * Ensure quality in the assigned assembly process. * Read and interpret technical drawings. * Correctly interpret and complete operational documentation. * Perform specialized technical operations in coordination with the **Sheet Metal, Welding, and Kitting** departments, ensuring timely delivery of materials according to the production schedule. * Provide coverage for alternate shifts when required by operations. * Guarantee personal and equipment safety by consistently wearing appropriate PPE. * Train assembly operators to develop technical competencies. * Support ongoing staff training on safety, quality/ISO procedures, production targets, and cross-training across teams.
