





We are looking for a Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. Main responsibilities: \- Perform opening and closing checklists for the business unit, identifying potential internal and external risks. \- Review patrol reports and video recordings to verify opening, closing, and nighttime activities. \- Monitor security systems such as surveillance cameras and alarms. \- Validate shrinkage reports due to theft and damage, and develop action plans to reduce shrinkage. \- Understand and address employee needs, focusing on workplace climate. \- Participate in assigned tasks to meet civil protection schedule requirements. Requirements: \- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in similar roles \- Experience managing personnel and administration \- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Gender不限 \- Completed high school education \- Basic documentation: Birth certificate, updated tax status confirmation, valid INE, Social Security Number, CURP, proof of address not older than 3 months.
