Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Warehouse Supervisor with experience in administration, warehouse control, inventory management, and SAP usage to oversee operations. At Madero Milking Equipment, we seek to integrate an organized, responsible, and experienced professional in warehouse administration and control for the position of Warehouse Supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager. * Knowledge and proficiency in SAP. * Experience in inventory management and cyclic counts. * Control of material receipts and issuances. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate SAP proficiency. * Experience coordinating merchandise placement and control. * Desired experience in spare parts, tools, or technical materials. * Organization, leadership, and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise proper warehouse operations. * Coordinate receipt, placement, and delivery of materials. * Record transactions in the SAP system. * Conduct and follow up on physical inventories. * Monitor stock levels and identify inventory discrepancies. * Coordinate material requisitions, transfers, and picking. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Support audits and administrative follow-up for the department.
