Position Objective:
Maintenance Coordinator for Banco Mercantil del Norte properties, including branches and offices. Administrative process tracking, generator reviews, and payment process estimations.
Each day brings new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for:
* Responding to requests for corrective and preventive services.
* Requesting budgets or catalogs from contractors and assigning them upon prior budget authorization.
* Coordinating and monitoring maintenance work performed by branch teams.
* Scheduling and notifying, as well as supervising ATM maintenance; performing administrative tasks such as purchase ordering and payment estimation.
* Conducting feasibility visits and, where applicable, executing project-related work.
* Supervising work to be carried out by contractors.
* Reviewing reports, supporting documentation, generators, and attachments.
* Capturing and tracking service reports arising from supervision or special assignments.
* Supporting the Energy Department with access for UPS maintenance and assisting in their monitoring.
* Responding to contingency or disaster events, including handling and executing corrective actions.
* Preparing and implementing physical condition checklists for properties.

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (Architecture, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering).
* Knowledge of cost management.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Microsoft Office suite.
* Vendor management experience.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
