OPEN POSITION: BRANCH LEADER We seek an organized, responsible individual with leadership attitude who enjoys interacting with customers and working collaboratively, capable of ensuring smooth branch operations and delivering an outstanding service experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ✔ Branch opening and closing ✔ Customer service and support ✔ General operational supervision ✔ Inventory control and management ✔ Cash reconciliations and cash register closings ✔ Maintaining store order, cleanliness, and professional appearance ✔ Operational support and team activity follow-up CANDIDATE PROFILE: ✔ Completed high school education ✔ Basic/intermediate proficiency in Office and Excel ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills ✔ Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility ✔ Job stability ✔ Flexible availability, especially during peak seasons WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. WE OFFER: ✔ Weekly fixed salary ✔ Transportation allowance ✔ Grocery vouchers ✔ Statutory benefits ✔ Additional seniority-based benefits ✔ Training and mentoring ✔ Real growth opportunity within the company At Uniformes Alamán, we value commitment, attitude, and the drive to grow.
