Supervise and ensure project delivery on time, within quality standards, and on budget Details Hiring Type: Project-based Schedule: Full-time Workplace: On-site Description At Axioma, we seek top-tier MEP installations talent to tackle current challenges in real estate projects; join our team of experts as: Senior MEP Installations Coordinator Job Objective: Ensure proper planning and execution of electrical, mechanical, and specialty installations for mixed-use vertical projects using project management methodology. Responsibilities: * Plan and closely monitor contractor work. * Conduct engineering reviews across all disciplines. * Perform value engineering to achieve cost and schedule optimizations. * Supervise installation execution and resolve any potential risks. * Ensure project delivery on time, within defined quality standards, and on budget per the project plan. * Prepare and present progress reports to the client. Requirements: * Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related field (degree holder). * Experience supervising installations in mixed-use vertical projects (not maintenance). * Demonstrated execution experience in at least two completed projects. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, voice and data installations, etc. Competencies: * Executive communication. * Tolerance for ambiguity. * Effective planning. * Problem solving.
