Field posting and leafleting. * * Candidate reception and screening at **recruitment modules**. Follow-up of candidates until hiring. * * Achievement of **monthly hiring targets**. Basic reporting on results and follow-up. ______________________________________________________________________________________ ### **Important** * Availability to **relocate as required by operational needs** across Zapopan modules: Molinos del Valle, Villa Spanana, Arcos de Zapopan, and other areas. * Executive and field-based work, performance-driven. ______________________________________________________________________________________ ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in recruiting for **operational positions**. * Experience working at recruitment modules **or field recruitment points**.
