Essential role in safeguarding the documentary memory of occupational risks GRUPO GUERRERO CONTRERAS IS SEEKING: **DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST AND WORK PLAN COORDINATOR** **PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SAFETY AND HYGIENE IS MANDATORY** Plan, organize, control, and safeguard technical, administrative, and safety documentation (both physical and digital), ensuring traceability, validity, and organization of records within the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, aligned with the company’s document management program. **Main Responsibilities** * **Document Management** * Design and maintain physical and digital filing systems for OSH documentation. * Classify, organize, describe, and file minutes, inspections, inductions, incident reports, and other safety-related documents. * Manage the full document lifecycle (receipt, processing, organization, preservation, and final disposition). * Ensure confidentiality and accessibility of records during audits. * **Work Plans and Support** * Support the development and updating of the Work Plan. * Monitor validity of key documents: licenses, medical examinations, PPE delivery, training records. * Organize and safeguard records of Committees and emergency brigades. * Assist in preparing management reports and safety and hygiene performance metrics. * Support receipt and registration of documents. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Technical degree in Document Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or related administrative fields. * **Additional Training:** * Experience in Safety and Hygiene * Knowledge of Safety and Hygiene regulations * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in document management, document control, or occupational safety roles. * **Skills:** * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, document management platforms). * Ability to work effectively in teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Safeguard the company’s documentary memory regarding occupational risk matters. * Ensure all OSH documentation complies with current regulatory requirements.
