




Location: San Francisco de los Romo, Aguascalientes, Mexico Position Type: Full-time Area: Administration / Finance / Accounting Position Objective: Provide comprehensive support to the administrative and accounting operations of the office, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, efficient management of suppliers, compliance with procedures related to Japanese expatriate personnel, and active collaboration in accounting processes such as monthly closings. Main Responsibilities * **General Office Administration:** * Supervise maintenance and operation of facilities. * Coordinate and manage service providers and office supplies. * Control inventory of supplies and administrative assets. * **Expatriate Personnel Management:** * Assist with immigration, tax, and administrative procedures for Japanese employees. * Coordinate with external agencies and local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance. * Provide logistical and documentation support during arrival, stay, and departure processes. * **Accounting Support:** * Participate in the office's monthly accounting closings. * Prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations. * Support internal and external audits. * **Other Administrative Functions:** * Prepare administrative reports for management. * Assist in organizing corporate events or international visits. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies.
