**Required Knowledge:**
* Supplier relations.
* Control of material inflows and outflows.
* Distribution of tools, mechanical parts, and supplies to maintenance personnel.
* Inventory management.
* Spare parts management.
* 6 months of experience with diesel units.
* Personnel management.
* Flexible working hours.
* No restrictions on commuting.
**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain records of material inflows and outflows.
* Supervise staff and report losses or thefts to payroll.
* Record tool withdrawals in Excel.
* Receive materials and spare parts with invoices and purchase orders (POs), verifying data consistency; documentation must include signatures and seals from the Accounting Manager and General Director.
* Maintain accurate stock records for materials and tools.
* Support periodic and full inventories conducted by the Accounting Department.
