Every day, we rise to the challenge of making a difference—and this is how the Payroll Analyst will have an impact: Responsible for daily operations related to payroll processing in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures, fulfilling information needs required by various stakeholders. Key responsibilities for this role include: * Processing and ensuring accurate calculation of various biweekly and extraordinary payrolls (e.g., year-end bonus, profit-sharing distribution); * Calculation of severance payments and final settlements; * Performing corresponding processes to execute payroll disbursement and special payments; * Executing monthly and annual payroll closing processes and participating in accounting reconciliations; * Managing and controlling various deductions (e.g., savings fund, insurance, Fonacot) as well as remitting withholdings to respective authorities; * Ensuring proper handling of IDSE personnel movements, variability calculations, SUA operations, and coordinating timely payment of employer-employee contributions and tax obligations; * Guaranteeing compliance with all contractual and tax obligations established by IMSS, INFONAVIT, Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), and Special Tax on Production and Services (ISN); * Supporting periodic audits (internal and external); * Participating in departmental improvement projects; * Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for various stakeholders; * Providing support and guidance to employees on diverse payroll-related topics. Minimum qualifications for this role are: * Advanced knowledge of payroll calculation, related taxes, profit-sharing distribution (PTU), year-end bonus, child support payments, disability benefits, severance payments and final settlements, capital contributions, and benefits administration (e.g., food vouchers, savings fund); * Advanced knowledge of SUA/IDSE/INFONAVIT/Fonacot/Federal Labor Law (LFT)/ISN/Income Tax (ISR); * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Four years of relevant experience; * Intermediate English—capable of holding conversations; * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed).
