We seek individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment to excellence, and the ability to work under hygiene and efficiency standards. **I. Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Studies in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or equivalent technical experience. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions (preferably specializing in breakfast or hot kitchen). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Hygienic food handling (Mexican Official Standard **NOM\-251**). * Temperature and cooking time control. * Proficiency in portioning, recipe standardization, and plate presentation. * Skill in handling knives and various kitchen utensils. **II. Key Responsibilities** * **Menu Execution:** Preparation and plating of dishes strictly following company recipes and presentation standards. * **Mise en Place:** Organization and pre-preparation of ingredients to ensure smooth morning service. * **Quality Management:** Ensuring all food meets required standards for taste, temperature, and freshness. * **Maintenance:** Maintaining order and deep cleaning of the work area, equipment, and utensils, complying with hygiene logs. **III.
