Maintenance planning and tracking We are looking for a **Workshop Manager** with experience in maintenance and operation of diesel units (light and heavy), focused on efficient workshop management, on-time delivery, and service quality. **We offer:** * Base monthly salary of $27,000 gross * Statutory benefits * Profit sharing * 30-day year-end bonus * 100% social security contribution **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm * Fixed day off: Sunday **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor the fleet’s preventive and corrective maintenance program. * Supervise daily workshop operations (unit intake, processing, and dispatch). * Assign work orders and ensure proper execution and repair quality. * Control work orders, spare parts, purchases, and external services. * Maintain constant communication with customers regarding progress and delivery timelines. * Lead the technical team, ensuring productivity, training, and compliance with safety standards. * Ensure order, safety, and good practices within the workshop (5S). **Profile Requirements:** * Automotive and/or Industrial Engineering degree * Experience as Workshop Manager or Supervisor (preferably with diesel units) * Knowledge of preventive, corrective maintenance, and diagnostics * Personnel management experience in technical teams * Customer service orientation, organizational skills, and adherence to deadlines Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
