The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager on-site, implements sales strategies to achieve budget targets, coordinates store operations with the Store Manager, and ensures that Sales Advisors adhere to their schedules and departmental goals. The Assistant Manager is responsible for cash handling and ensuring daily cash counts and deposits are executed accurately. REQUIREMENTS Completed high school education 1 year of experience in sales. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist in achieving or exceeding store sales and KPIs. 2. Adhere to store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment. 3. Build an emotional connection with customers, reflecting the brand’s values. 4. Ensure all store products are available to customers by delivering products to customers and restocking shelves. 5. Complete sales processes quickly and accurately, following cash register security procedures. 6. Ensure proper cash flow management, daily cash counts, petty cash fund maintenance, and accurate deposits. 7. Safeguard inventory and assume accountability for shortages. 8. Update the communication board (Sport Logo, team photo, Employee of the Month photo, staff schedule, monthly and daily store budget, total inventory, promotional announcements). 9. Monitor transfer, return, shipment, and merchandise receipt processes. KNOWLEDGE Basic mathematics knowledge. Sales. Personnel management. Customer service. Cash control and handling.
