Job Summary: In-store sales advisor responsible for customer service, product promotion, direct sales execution, and point-of-sale maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Execute direct sales techniques and participate in training sessions Responsibilities: Advise in-store customers by identifying their basic needs and guiding them in product selection. Actively promote current products and offers to encourage purchases. Execute direct sales techniques to meet commercial objectives, as well as participate in and complete required training sessions. Maintain a proactive attitude to attract customers within the point of sale. Participate in commercial activities to maximize sales impact. Place POP materials. Record sales, orders, and other commercial transactions in internal systems. Prepare sales reports, petty cash reconciliations, cash custody documentation, and issue tickets in DormiFix to report anomalies. Apply labels, arrange merchandise according to the established visual strategy, and maintain accurate in-store inventory control. Ensure correct product display, arrangement, and labeling. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Maintain constant communication with the immediate supervisor. Schedule orders with authorized moving service providers. Uncapped commissions: 2%, 4%, and 5%. Additional commission for Push Money (brand-specific sales). Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, year-end bonus, vacation, etc.). Life insurance.
