OPEN POSITION: Restaurant Chef **Are you an expert in managing industrial kitchens and seeking a new challenge?** We are looking for an operational leader with strong accountability to manage the gastronomic excellence of our unit. **Your Strategic Role** You will be the cornerstone of operations, responsible for **overseeing production, costs, inventories, and personnel**, ensuring maximum food safety and quality in every dish. **Key Responsibilities** * **Operational Management:** Supervise procurement, hygiene procedures, strict adherence to recipes, and buffet/menu presentation. * **Financial Control:** Manage waste, warehouse withdrawals, inventory vs. purchases, and cost control. * **Strategic Planning:** Design buffet menus, production plans, and deep-cleaning schedules. * **Team Leadership:** Train staff in cooking techniques, the **Distinctive H** standard, and plating standards. Organize work schedules and rest days. * **Maintenance:** Ensure kitchen equipment and facilities remain in optimal condition. **Schedule and Work Modality** * **Workweek:** Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off (based on operational needs). * **Shifts:** Availability to rotate shifts (Opening, Midday, and Closing) within operating hours (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM). * **Overtime:** Support in exceptional cases, in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** High school diploma (completed).
