Reporting to the **PCBA Process Engineer** , the role involves the responsibility of receiving, analyzing, cleaning, and customizing all technical information/documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change, in order to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it while maintaining its design and performance integrity. **What a typical day looks like:** * Management and implementation of bills of materials. * Management and implementation of engineering changes. * Definition of manufacturing process routes. * Technical support to the CFTs (customer work teams). * Management and control of product drawings and specifications. * Participate in cost reduction activities in areas such as material, inventory, and waste reduction. * Provide training to debug technicians and develop better product knowledge. * Technical support in the establishment of variables to control, optimize, and evaluate processes and operations. **The experience we are looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree completed. * Experience in the medical industry (as a plus). * Experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment. * Experience in product lifecycle management systems (Agile). * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, BAAN, Flexflow) desirable. * Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written). * Experience in ECO implementation. * Knowledge in creation and reading of bills of materials. * Office suite proficiency.
