We have consolidated our expertise and capabilities in residential, urban development, and mixed-use projects that exceed our clients’ expectations while generating a positive impact on the market and their industry.** **We are seeking:** Payroll Analyst. **Objective:** To ensure that all employees of an organization receive their compensation accurately and on time, complying with tax and labor regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll. * Proficiency in Nomipaq is mandatory. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred. * Knowledge of REPSE. * Aptitude for working with numbers. * Team-oriented individual. * Friendly and respectful demeanor is mandatory. * Accountant, Administrator, Actuary, or related field (degree holder). **FUNCTIONS:** * Payroll calculation. * Compliance with legal and tax requirements. * Maintenance of incident records. * Addressing and managing employee inquiries regarding salary and benefits-related issues. * Preparing periodic payroll reports, such as labor cost reports, deduction reports, and payment summaries. * Collaborating with the Human Resources department to update payroll information based on changes in employee status (promotions, salary adjustments, terminations, etc.). * Preparation of severance settlements, vacation bonuses, and related calculations. * IMSS registrations and cancellations. * Preparation of purchase orders in the company’s system (Enkontrol). **Candidates meeting the profile should apply through this channel or send their CV via WhatsApp to 8119901228.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Application Question(s): * 3 years of payroll calculation experience (Desirable) * 1 year of Nomipaq experience (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
