Use of Soft Restaurant and Excel for operational management Leading group in the restaurant sector seeks: Operational Manager for restaurant unit Key Responsibilities: \- Personnel management \- Administrative matters: payroll, attendance issues, hiring, staff roster. Inventory, shrinkage, stock management (maximum and minimum levels), purchasing, supplier relations. Menu costing, menu renewal, food and beverage recipes. \- Marketing matters: brand usage, promotions, ambiance, celebrations, etc. \- Operational matters: checklists, KPIs, opening and closing procedures, cleaning, security, valet parking. \- Proficient use of Soft Restaurant and Excel, as well as office equipment.
