




Position Summary: We are seeking a New Projects Manager to lead the development and management of innovative projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Profile: * Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field (degree holder). * SolidWorks / 3D drawing certification. * Proficiency in CAD tools. * Printing of drawings and plans with specifications. * GD&T. * Budget management. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in new project development. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams for project execution. * Product re-engineering. * Excellent negotiation skills and direct communication ability with customers. * Proactive and driven to embrace change. * Champion of growth mindset and closing of new business opportunities. Essential Responsibilities: A. Project Management with Clients * Analyze customer technical and commercial requirements. * Participate in technical kickoff meetings. * Coordinate technical and economic feasibility studies. * Develop and monitor project schedules. * Serve as the primary liaison between the customer, management, and the plant throughout the project. B. Technical Development * Coordinate mold, pattern, and tooling design. * Develop 3D designs and drawings with specifications. * Validate metallurgical specifications. * Supervise casting trials and dimensional validations. * Coordinate pilot runs. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards. C. Planning and Control * Prepare project budgets. * Control development costs. * Ensure adherence to committed timelines. * Manage technical project risks. * Report progress to Management. * Guarantee delivery times. D. Internal Coordination * Collaborate closely with: * Production (test scheduling). * Quality (APQP, PPAP, releases). * Industrial safety. * Procurement (acquisition of molds or special materials). * Ensure proper transfer of the project to serial production. E. Continuous Improvement * Document lessons learned. * Standardize new product launch processes. * Propose improvements to development timelines.
