Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive professional to supervise and coordinate the operations of multiple minisupers and support various administrative and operational activities. Job stability and growth opportunities Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to supervise and coordinate the operations of three minisupers located outside the city. Main duties: * Overall supervision of minisupers * Inventory control and physical counts * Sales review and purchase control * Personnel supervision and management * Use and learning of point-of-sale system * Detection of shortages and merchandise control * Travel between branches (highway driving) Additional support: * Completion of pending tasks and errands for management * Delivery of payroll and documentation * Support in general activities of other companies within the group * Purchases or transfers as required Requirements: * Experience in personnel management * Experience in grocery stores, minisupers, or similar (preferred) * Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles and valid driver's license * Availability for frequent travel (highway) * Responsible, organized, and self-motivated individual * Willingness to perform both operational and administrative tasks We offer: * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Company vehicle for work-related activities * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time, Trainee Salary: $3,000\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Company car * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On the road
