Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a* *Manufacturing* *Engineer* *located in* *Aguascalientes**The* *Manufacturing Engineer* *role involves covering Engineering requirements to prepare the Manufacturing process instruction, Flow Chart, Lay Out, identifying the BOM Make/Buy required to build the product and work with customer on the quality requirements to meet customer expectations.* What a typical day looks like:* *Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.* * *Design’s manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.* * *Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.* * *Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.* * *Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.* * *Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.* * *Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.* The experience we’re looking to add to our team:* *Intermediate English* * *Typically requires a bachelor´s or engineering degree.* * *Use of the following tools may be required: CAD, Robot and PLC programming and other automation components.* * *Testing: Oscilloscope, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer.
