Job Summary Job summary:*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a* *Manufacturing Engineer* *located in* *Aguascalientes.**Manufacturing Engineer* *role involves* *plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.* What a typical day looks like:* *Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques* * *Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.* * *Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.* * *Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root\-causes of equipment failures and develop hands\-on maintenance skills.* * *Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans* * *May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products* * *May participate in control plan development* * *Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures)* * *Analyzes and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.* * *Conference with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.* * *Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to customer requests.* * *Provides information for management decisions from a technical and technical cost perspective.* * *Conference with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.* * *Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.* The experience we’re looking to add to our team:* *Engineer or Bachelor´s Degree related.* * *Intermediate English.* * *Use of the following tools may be required: CAD, robot and PLC programming, and other automation components.* * *Testing: oscilloscope, cable and harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer.* * *Inspection: bare board, systems, components, cable and harness, microscope, measuring tools. Mechanical \& Electrical Tools: taps and dies, alignment tools, measuring tools.* * *Office skills: office software to include, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation package* * *AMEF Implementation.
