If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.**Job Summary** --------------- Job Summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Manufacturing Engineer** located in Aguascalientes **Campus.** Reporting to the **Operations Engineering Manager** the **Manufacturing Engineer** is responsible for plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.**What a typical day looks like:*** Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques * Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. * Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. * Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root\-causes of equipment failures and develop hands\-on maintenance skills. * Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans * May be involved in development and and update of PFMEA for new products * May participate in control plan development * Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures) * Examines and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. * Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods. * Coordinates with customers to identify product specifications and design changes and responds to customer request. * Provides information for management recommendations from a technical and technical cost perspective. * Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. * Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience. * Medium experience in as a industrial engineer or similar position. * Intermediate English (spoken and written). * Problem\-solving and root cause analysis expertise. * A background in electronics manufacturing is desired. * Advanced Excel. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing tolos. * Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction): launches, validations, and product transfers. * Knowledge of process engineering: defining, documenting, and improving production processes. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary * Life \& Medical insurance * Christmas Bonus * Food Coupons * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance XS65**Job Category** ---------------- Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
